Items purchased are not the exact ones pictured, but made to order especially for you. This means the dispatch cannot always be arranged immediately. Acquiring a uniquely designed piece made in small numbers, or one-of-a-kind, may sometimes require a little patience.
Pieces from the Inversible Collection vary in delivery time. Earrings and other designs that do not require hallmarking, can usually be posted within a week of ordering. However pieces requiring hallmarking can take up to 6 weeks if not currently in stock. If you have a specific date an order is required by, please inquire for the delivery time before placing the order and we will do all we can to accommodate your request.
